Paris Hilton is going to jail! Well… maybe. Paris Hilton has appealed her 45-day jail sentence. The heiress, 26, who has been found in violation of her probation after she drove with a suspended license, made her feelings clear to photographers waiting outside her Los Angeles home on Saturday night. “I told the truth,” Hilton said, according to TMZ.“I feel that I was treated unfairly, and that the sentence is both cruel and unwarranted. I don’t deserve this.” Lawrence Taylor, a 30-year Driving Under the Influence attorney, said, “Her chances of winning an appeal are little to none. The prosecutors had a slam dunk case. The evidence was overwhelming that she repeatedly violated probation.” She deserves to go to jail where she will be someone’s lapdog…
Actress Brittany Murphy and screenwriter Simon Monjack have done a great job hiding their newlywed status! Her rep has confirmed to Star, the first media outlet to confirm the nuptials. “They were married in their Los Angeles home several weeks ago in a very intimate ceremony,” Brittany’s rep Nicole Perna told Star. “It was officiated by a rabbi and they were surrounded by their families.” Aww yea for her!

Don’t hassle the Hoff and video tape it! David Hasselhoff’s legal team is convinced his bitter ex-wife, Pamela Bach, leaked a video to the media of the drunken “Baywatch” star and plans to prove it in court. Bach insists she didn’t even know the tape existed until she saw it on news show Extra, and claims her daughter’s boyfriend, who works for the program, is the culprit. Appearing on CNN’s “Larry King Live” on Monday, Bach blasted reports that she and her attorney Debra Opri had leaked the video, shot by her 17-year-old daughter Taylor, claiming it was embarrassing and she’d have preferred it hadn’t been made public. Lindsay Lohan reportedly participated in what the Britain’s News of the World on Sunday called a “marathon cocaine binge” only 20 days after she left rehab. A rep for the actress had no comment on the report. The paper’s story also includes what it says are screen grabs from video clips of Lohan, 20, inside the ladies room of Teddy’s nightclub in the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, with two friends who are also allegedly taking drugs. Lohan also is quoted boasting about her sexual conquests among celebrities, while unnamed “friends” of the actress, according to the paper, said her drug-taking began at 8:00 p.m. one night and was still going on at 11:00 a.m. the next morning.
